Website terms

Terms & conditions.

These terms apply when you use services offered by Outlaws and Lunatics, LLC, operating as Romero’s, including this website, the Store, Current, Record, and Wallet.

Effective September 27, 2026

Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must use the site lawfully and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload it in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or use its content or services to violate another person’s rights.

Wallet, gift value, and rewards

Romero’s Wallet is the customer-facing home for eligible purchased gift value, promotional or loyalty value, and Current or Record rewards. These forms of value remain distinct. Current and Record percentage-discount codes are not stored-value balances. Records staged for a future legacy migration are not spendable until Romero’s completes and validates that migration.

Additional rules for Wallet access, purchase, claiming, and redemption appear in the Wallet & Gift Card Terms. Wallet is not a bank or deposit account, is not insured, and is not an investment or generally transferable money.

Restaurant information

Romero’s provides menus, hours, event information, availability, photographs, and other restaurant information for convenience. Our food and drink offerings are made in a working restaurant and may change with supply, season, and service. Items may sell out or be removed without advance notice. Contact the restaurant about current availability, ingredients, or dietary concerns; tell your server about allergies when ordering.

Hours and event details may change, and an event may be rescheduled or canceled. A phone call, email, or message does not create a reservation until Romero’s confirms it. Walk-in seating and reservation requests remain subject to space, timing, and restaurant operations.

Reservations, waitlist, Lounge, and events

A request is not a confirmed reservation until Romero’s shows or communicates confirmation. Seating remains tied to the confirmed time, party size, experience, and operating conditions. Outdoor seating is walk-in only. Parties larger than six, and some special experiences, ordinarily require staff review rather than automatic confirmation.

Arrival, waitlist estimates, seating duration, and table availability are estimates unless Romero’s expressly confirms otherwise. A late table is normally held up to 30 minutes, but under capacity pressure may be released around 15 minutes after the confirmed time. Staff may continue holding it based on actual restaurant knowledge. Unexpected closures, safety needs, event conflicts, or other genuine operating conditions may require a change or cancellation; Romero’s will preserve a durable customer notice when an existing digital customer relationship is affected.

Lounge use may be shared or exclusive. Shared use commits only the requested capacity and does not exclude other guests. Exclusive use blocks the Lounge for the committed period, requires a private server, and may include a separately disclosed room fee. Event tickets, deposits, cancellation terms, minimums, and other economics apply only when presented and accepted for that booking.

Rewards, promotions, and communications

Eligibility for an audience, reward, or promotion does not itself grant marketing permission. Offer-specific eligibility, qualifying spend, exclusions, value, timing, and redemption limits control. Transactional messages and durable Wallet notices may be used to operate or support an existing order, reservation, Wallet, event, or other customer relationship even when marketing permission has not been given.

Marketing email is sent only on the basis of the customer’s applicable choice and includes a way to unsubscribe. Transactional or relationship messages remain focused on operating, confirming, securing, or supporting an existing transaction or account; promotional material may cause a mixed message to be treated as commercial.

Community participation and Nonsense

When Romero’s makes a community program available in Wallet, the program’s actual destination, goal, eligible value, timing, matching rule, and verified outcome control. Romero’s does not promise a donation, match, tax treatment, or impact that is not specifically stated and supported by recorded evidence.

Wallet Nonsense is optional entertainment. A choice has no cash value, reward value, odds, prize, staff authority, reservation priority, or effect on service. It may be paused or changed without affecting any Wallet balance or customer right.

Merchandise Store

Store products, options, prices, and availability are shown on the product and checkout pages. We try to present merchandise accurately, but screen colors, image cropping, and production variations may affect how an item appears. Products and variants may be changed, limited, or discontinued.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax, shipping cost, delivery information, and the final total are presented during checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Romero’s may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment because of an unavailable item, incorrect listing, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery limitation, or another reasonable operational issue. If payment was captured for an order Romero’s cancels, the captured amount will be returned through the original payment method.

Romero’s will ship within the time stated at checkout or in the order communication. If no shipping time is stated, federal rules generally require shipment within 30 days. If Romero’s cannot ship on time, we will seek consent to the delay or cancel and provide a prompt refund to the original payment method. An unshipped merchandise refund will not be substituted with Wallet or gift value.

Payment, production, and delivery

Stripe processes Store payments. Printful produces and fulfills Romero’s merchandise. Your use of their services may also be subject to their terms and policies. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Romero’s is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside its reasonable control, but we will review a delivery problem reported to us.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Romero’s merchandise is print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or a qualifying fulfillment problem occurs, merchandise sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or color, selected the wrong product or option, or no longer wants the merchandise. Please review the product description, sizing information, color and other options, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect items

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect because of a fulfillment error, contact inquiries@romeroskentucky.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs that show it. We may request other reasonable evidence needed to verify the claim, including shipping or tracking information.

Romero’s will review the claim and coordinate an available remedy with our fulfillment provider. If the provider confirms a qualifying fulfillment error, Romero’s may provide an appropriate replacement or refund consistent with the remedy made available by the provider and applicable law. A submitted claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Packages lost in transit

If a package appears genuinely lost in transit, contact Romero’s no later than 30 days after its estimated delivery date. Include your order number and available tracking information. We will investigate and pursue an available replacement or refund through our fulfillment provider if the shipment qualifies as lost.

Incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, and refused delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. An order that cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address is not eligible for a Romero’s-funded refund or replacement. If reshipment is available, the customer is responsible for production, shipping, handling, carrier, or related costs that the fulfillment provider does not cover.

Romero’s is not responsible for the cost of replacing or reshipping an order that is refused, left unclaimed, not collected from a carrier or pickup location, or returned because of customer-provided delivery information. If reshipment is available, costs not covered by the fulfillment provider are the customer’s responsibility.

Before sending anything back

Do not mail merchandise to Romero’s or directly to the fulfillment provider unless you have first contacted Romero’s and received return instructions. An unauthorized return does not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit.

Approved refunds

When Romero’s approves a refund, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on Stripe, the customer’s bank or card issuer, Printful, carriers, and other services involved, so Romero’s cannot promise a processing or posting date controlled by those parties.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Third-party services and links

The site may open services operated by others, including Google Maps, Stripe checkout, and fulfillment or shipping services. Romero’s does not control those services, their availability, or their separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Romero’s endorses every statement, product, or service on the linked site.

Romero’s content

The website’s design, words, photographs, graphics, names, and other original content belong to Romero’s or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for ordinary personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Romero’s disclaims implied warranties concerning the website itself and does not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. These disclaimers do not replace any express promise made for a specific product and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, Romero’s will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the website. For a claim concerning a Store purchase, Romero’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may change the site and these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to later use; an order already placed remains subject to the terms in effect when it was placed, except where law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Montgomery County, Kentucky, unless applicable law requires another forum. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Questions may be sent to inquiries@romeroskentucky.com, made by phone at (859) 520-3075, or mailed to Romero’s, 2 East Main Street, Mount Sterling, KY 40353.
